The American Thomas International Association
The American Thomas International Association was established to
promote the Thomas International activities more effectively in
the United States. Currently, its chief activity is the Ralph
McInerny Center for Thomistic Studies, and we look forward to
creating other research institutes in the future.
The Association represents a community of committed supporters
who help to provide a stable source of support for TI
activities. We are convinced that our future depends on the
enthusiasm, friendship, and support generated by our shared
commitment to the goals of the Thomas International project.
Interested individuals should contact TI, specifying the kind of
help they would like to offer, whether in the form of cash
donations or in-kind gifts (including stocks, bequests, books,
subscriptions). Among the most valuable forms of assistance
would be simply to meet other people who might find the
activities of TI attractive.
Both individuals and groups (including businesses and
corporations) are welcome to join us members of the TI
Association. The following categories are offered for

v
soliciting new members and sponsors
v
assisting the TI Executive Committee by arranging meetings with
potential sponsors
v
collaborating with the TI Executive Committee in organizing
various cultural events
They generously serve without remuneration.
The American Public Philosophy Institute, a 501(c)(3) public
charity, currently sponsors activities of the Thomas International
project in the U.S., such as the development of the Ralph
McInerny Center, and donations are tax-deductible. Checks
should be made out to: “APPI - Ralph McInerny Center,” or
donations can be made online at www.appii.org/thomasproject.html. |
